These in the Park are hiking only. No dogs and no bikes. You can bike through the entire park on the paved roads.
Glutes are fine but the calves from the switchbacks 🔥. Have to keep moving though and can’t think of a more peaceful way. 🤙🏻
These here are some of the shorter hiking trails we do(but the scenery). We aim for 10-15 miles a day or 16-24km. So we have to string a few trails together.
